This September, Bastille celebrates 20 years of French food, wine, hospitality—and an extraordinary amount of life lived inside these walls.

One night didn’t seem like nearly enough.

So throughout September, we’re celebrating the dishes, the wines, the people and the Alexandria community that have been part of our story for the past two decades.

Here’s what’s happening…

🎉 ICONS AT 20 -

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 17 - $155 PER PERSON ++

20 YEARS. ONE NIGHT. ONE MENU.

On Thursday, September 17, we’re celebrating Bastille’s 20th anniversary with Icons at 20—a four-course dinner built around dishes and flavors that tell pieces of our story, from where we started to where we are today.

The Icons at 20 menu will be served all evening and will be the only dinner menu offered throughout the restaurant that night.

Guests joining us in the Bar + Café will also have the option of ordering from our regular Bar & Café Menu.

Wine pairings are being created with Stephane Defot, owner of Z Wines—and yes, those details are coming. 🍷

But the food?

That part is ready.

And with only one night to celebrate twenty years, we strongly recommend reserving early.

This anniversary month also brings a milestone that is especially bittersweet.

After years of extraordinary dedication to Bastille, our longest-serving employee, Noemi Zelaya, will officially retire on September 18.

Noemi’s loyalty, care and hard work have made her an important part of Bastille’s story, and we are enormously grateful for everything she has done for us, our team and our guests. We are happy for her as she begins her next chapter.

But we are going to miss her terribly. 😭

Twenty years ago, we opened Bastille.

So on Saturday, we’re having a birthday party.

Join us for dinner and help us celebrate 20 years of Bastille with a little cake, a few bubbles and a toast to the people who helped us get here.

No ticket. No special anniversary menu. Just dinner at Bastille and a very good reason to raise a glass.

We’ll have a little anniversary treat for our dinner guests, compliments of Christophe & Michelle.
