February is for LOVERS at Bastille!
Valentine's is around the corner and we have opened for dinner on Sunday February 15th for those looking for a quieter celebration. We end the month with our Beaune Dinner on February 25th with Pascale of Chloe Wines before welcoming the AMAZING Kelley Fox (Kelley Fox Wines) and Jim Anderson (Patricia Green Cellars) from Willamette Valley on March 11th. Feb 13 — Pre Valentines Day Dinner | Regular Menu is Available (prix fixe and a la carte)

Feb 14 — Le Dîner de la Saint-Valentin | Saturday, February 14, 2026 | 4:00–9:00pm

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with an indulgent evening of classic French cuisine at Bastille Brasserie & Bar. For this special evening, we will offer an exclusive three-course prix fixe menu only, thoughtfully curated to showcase refined winter flavors and luxurious ingredients.

Begin with dishes such as Kaluga caviar with cauliflower panna cotta or seared Hudson Valley foie gras. Entrées include highlights like sea scallops with black truffle risotto, pan-roasted duck breast with pomegranate gastrique, or filet mignon with green peppercorn sauce. Desserts range from Valrhona dark chocolate marquise and Pavlova Exotique to a distinctive cheese course featuring Roquefort ice cream and honey-roasted pear.

$125 per person | Three Courses | Optional wine pairing available | Reservations are limited and strongly recommended.

Feb 25 — Beaune Wine Dinner featuring Pascale of Chloe Wines

& Joseph Fritz of Hop and Wine 

Join us for an intimate Beaune Wine Dinner, a five-course, five-wine journey through the heart of Burgundy, where Pinot Noir and its white counterparts reveal their truest expressions. Each course—from gougères and scallops to roast guinea hen, lamb loin, and a final dark chocolate truffle—is thoughtfully paired with wines from Savigny-lès-Beaune and Saint-Romain, highlighting balance, terroir, and restraint.

This formal, seated experience is designed for guests who appreciate nuance, classic technique, and the quiet elegance that defines Beaune. Limited seating.

$145++ per person.

One-Night-Only Winemakers Dinner

📅Wednesday, March 11, 2026 | 6:30 PM

Join us for an intimate and exclusive evening as we welcome two of Oregon’s most respected winemakers—Jim Anderson of Patricia Green Cellars and Kelley Fox of Kelley Fox Wines—for a one-night-only dinner celebrating the depth, elegance, and terroir of Oregon’s Willamette Valley.

This special evening will feature a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu, designed to highlight and complement a selection of their highly regarded Pinot Noirs and other limited-production wines. Throughout the night, Jim and Kelley will share insights into their vineyards, philosophies, and the stories behind the wines in your glass.

Seats will be extremely limited for this exclusive experience, which is currently in the works and not to be repeated.
