Join us on Wednesday, June 17th at 6:30pm for Summer Chillables — a five-course, five-wine dinner celebrating the art of wines best enjoyed with a chill. From vibrant Crémant and crisp Riesling to refreshing Sancerre Rosé and lighter-bodied reds served slightly cool, this dinner is designed for warm evenings, patio sipping, beach weekends, and everything we love about summer drinking.

Chef Michelle & Chef Christophe have created a seasonal menu featuring fried oysters, scallops mi-cuit, grilled halibut, beef carpaccio, and roasted Berkshire pork, each thoughtfully paired with wines that shine when served chilled. Hosted alongside Marc Loterie of Elite Wines.

This intimate seated dinner is $125++ per guest and includes special bottle pricing available after the event.
