Feb 25 — Beaune Wine Dinner featuring Pascale of Chloe Wines
& Joseph Fritz of Hop and Wine
Join us for an intimate Beaune Wine Dinner, a five-course, five-wine journey through the heart of Burgundy, where Pinot Noir and its white counterparts reveal their truest expressions. Each course—from gougères and scallops to roast guinea hen, lamb loin, and a final dark chocolate truffle—is thoughtfully paired with wines from Savigny-lès-Beaune and Saint-Romain, highlighting balance, terroir, and restraint.
This formal, seated experience is designed for guests who appreciate nuance, classic technique, and the quiet elegance that defines Beaune. Limited seating. $145++ per person.

One-Night-Only Willamette Winemakers Dinner

Join us for an intimate and exclusive evening as we welcome two of Oregon’s most respected winemakers—Jim Anderson of Patricia Green Cellars and Kelley Fox of Kelley Fox Wines—for a one-night-only dinner celebrating the depth, elegance, and terroir of Oregon’s Willamette Valley.
This special evening will feature a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu, designed to highlight and complement a selection of their highly regarded Pinot Noirs and other limited-production wines. Throughout the night, Jim and Kelley will share insights into their vineyards, philosophies, and the stories behind the wines in your glass.
Seats will be extremely limited for this exclusive experience, which is currently in the works and not to be repeated.
