Join us as we slow the pace, raise a glass, and celebrate the flavors of a French summer with Les Vacances, an evening inspired by leisurely seaside lunches, colorful markets, and long dinners shared with friends.

Hosted by Ed Addiss and Barbara Selig, owners of Wine Traditions, this four-course dinner is paired with five thoughtfully selected wines that capture the spirit of the season. From a crisp sparkling welcome with warm gougères to Mediterranean-inspired seafood, Provençal vegetables, duck with summer peaches, and a nostalgic peach-and-almond dessert, each course is designed to transport you somewhere sunny—even if just for a few hours.

Whether you're dreaming of the Côte d'Azur, a quiet village in Provence, or simply an evening away from the everyday, Les Vacances is your invitation to relax, indulge, and savor the best parts of summer.
